Our Early Submission Service allows customers to submit their visa applications well in advance of their travel dates, ensuring timely processing and peace of mind.

Refund conditions for TDAC Early Submission Service:

  • Trip Cancellation: If you cancel your trip entirely, we can provide a full refund for our service fees.
  • Early Cancellation: If the service is cancelled more than 7 days before your arrival date, you are eligible for a full refund.

VIP Entry Arrival Services

Our VIP Entry Arrival Services provide a premium, hassle-free arrival experience for travelers entering the country.

Refund conditions for VIP Entry Arrival Services:

  • Trip Cancellation: Full refund available if your trip is cancelled and you notify us 3 days before the service date.
  • Service Delivery Failure: If we fail to deliver the VIP service as requested and confirmed, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee.

ESIM Services

Our ESIM services provide convenient digital SIM cards for your travel connectivity needs.

Important information about ESIMs:

  • ESIMs are valid for 6-8 months from the download date
  • Once downloaded, ESIMs can be activated during your travel period

Refund conditions for ESIM Services:

  • Non-Refundable After Download: ESIMs are non-refundable if you have clicked the download button, as this is when the actual ESIM is issued by the carrier. We cannot refund these because they have already been issued to you.
